Integrity & Legitimacy Verification Council (ILVC) is an independent verification organization focused on confirming the authenticity, legitimacy, and institutional readiness of grantees and partner organizations seeking funding support.
Our work is built around evidence-based assessment: verifying legal existence, governance practices, program footprint, financial controls, and stakeholder credibility. Verification is conducted physically on the ground as standard practice, and may be conducted virtually in selected cases where access constraints exist and risk is assessed as acceptable.
Many funders face the same challenge: proposals may be strong on paper while organizational reality is unclear. ILVC addresses this by conducting structured verification that combines documentation review, interviews, operational checks, and field validation where needed. We issue verification outcomes designed to support institutional due diligence and reduce exposure to fraud, misrepresentation, and weak systems.
